JMFLift began with a single Loggia install in a Quezon City villa. Today we install, modernize, and maintain residential lifts in every major city in the Philippines — with the same small team, the same standards, and the same phone number.

The thing nobody tells you about residential lifts is that the difference between possible and impossible is measured in millimetres. A traditional lift wants a pit, a shaft, a machine room, and 1.6 metres of width. Most Filipino homes have none of those.
So we became specialists in fitting. We learned every European manufacturer’s catalogue, we trained our installers to work in hallways instead of construction sites, and we built a service operation that doesn’t disappear after handover.
